I phoned up App My Security and the gentleman was very helpful, talking me through how to solve a minor problem, rather than insisting that he needed to come out. First class service - thank you.

I have used AMS for the last 12 months and cannot rate them highly enough. I needed urgent work done with removing alarm contacts on my doors (as I was getting new windows and doors fitted). I needed it done that day. AMS came out within a few hours and had me sorted. They then returned when I called to book them back in to not only add new contacts to the door, but a full alarm service, replace a faulty sensor and replace the bell box outside. Since then I have just had a full CCTV system installed by AMS, they have done a brilliant job and the quality of the products installed at market leading at a brilliant price.

The service from James and Mike at AMS was exceptional and having dealt with many Alarm companies, AMS is by far the best I have dealt with and I wish I had found them sooner.

I spoke with James today, with a view of asking AMS to come out to help with a faulty alarm system (Not provided by AMS, I may add) where the main alarm bell on the outside of the house was constantly ringing. I have to say James gave me a set of instructions on how to disarm the power to the bell and assured me that with 20 minutes the alarm would switch its self off, and it did. I want to thank James for the advice he kindly gave for free and AMS will certainly be getting my business for a new alarm system because of this selfless act of kindness. Thank you James.

Rang James as had a house alarm that kept going off even though it was not set to on. Arranged to visit and arrived within 2 hours at the forecast time. Detected and explained the problem and all fixed within 10 minutes. Helpful, friendly, fully Covid compliant approach, just great service and experience all round. Would thoroughly recommend.

Just had 2 cameras fitted to my house, great service, cameras look great, tidy cables on wall and into house. Quality of the feed is amazing, colour at night too! Would heavily recommend.
