Shocking service this evening. Left stranded at a train station for an hour before a relative picked me up. First was told the driver was lost, then he had logged me as a no show. Inconsistent, unreliable, appalling service.

Booked a taxi today for one of our clients and the service was spot on. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and car arrived on the time as we arranged. Our client was very happy with the service they provided.
