Apex Dental Care

After 6 months I have just got my implant. I would urge anyone who is debating whether to go ahead to just take the plunge. It was virtually painless. Huge thank you to Dr Ionel Nistor and his two lovely nurses Christina and Andrea

Just had tooth removed in preparation for an implant. Amazing treatment from the dentist and his lovely nurse. I felt very safe and cared for. Would thoroughly recommend Apex Dental

The worst customer service I have experienced so far. I can't believe that I just got harassed after being so kind to them. They change the doctor without your knowledge, keep asking you to come back for another related treatment and in the end they threatening you that they will report you to NHS and the worst of all harassing you of any of your weakness.

I know that most people either don't know how to leave an online review, they just don't have the time for it or they are shy to feel the courage to do it.

I do my best to stay positive in every aspect of my life :-) and hoped that she can see a positive side of the matter. All I did was to give a three-stars constructive review that could be changed to a five-stars rating shortly after my treatment if it was all handled professionally.

I had to replace my crown after 10 years, so I had an appointment with "Apex Dental Care".

I got a temporary crown and after 3 weeks waiting got my new crown which was very tight and was told it will get better. When I looked at it in the mirror at work, found out the crown is not fitted properly and looked very inward (not aligned with other tooth) and because it was so tight it gave me a bad headache so had to go back, then they took it out, gave me another temporary crown and had to wait another 3 weeks for new crown which in the end does not look good at all, look smaller than before and still a bit inwards.

I just found out my brother had a very bad experience with them too and therefore left a feedback but they didn't take it positively and cancelled his appointment and threatened him that they will call NHS and report him (for what!! God knows)!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

NEVER GOING BACK TO APEX DENTAL CARE AGAIN!
