Scott and his team came to stop a leak in our bathroom. He identified the leak quickly and repaired the problem.

The result of this leak resulted in a good bit of damage which had to be repaired; holes in walls & floors, water damage to ceiling and replacement bath panel.

Scott helped with every step of the process, often going above and beyond. He was happy to speak to insurers who had questions about the work quoted for, this relieved a lot of the stress from us as quite often we didn’t know why sizes of materials were required for example.

The work carried out was to a very high standard and they cleaned up after themselves in every area. In our house now, it is as if the leak never happened.

The damage was severe , Scott and his workers worked hard to restore my kitchen to a high standard . Importantly l trusted Scott , he provided advice and nothing was a bother .

I had contacted Scott with regards to my kitchen ceiling. A leak had caused the majority of the ceiling to fall down. Scott came out same day to survey the job and submitted his quotation the very next day. The works were started and completed within a few days. I cannot fault Scott and his team enough. Outstanding from start to finish. The kitchen ceiling was renovated to an amazing standard and I could not be happier with their work and how they left my kitchen. Totally 100% recommend these guys!

I purchased a new boiler from Saveheat on 11th November . The gas engineer came around ( AM to start installing the combination boiler. Went well and he finished around 5pm I asked questions on how to use it and he was knowledgable . One day later I came home from work to find condensation on the toiler cistern and pipe which I forgot to ask about but found out that it is quite common. Job completed to a good standard and a good price.
