Rang up on Friday morning with a burst pipe emergency - fitted me in round his busy day and fixed the pipe. An excellent service from a professional who takes pride in his work. Thank you Ross (and dad)

Speed and efficiency

We had a plumbing crisis on Saturday evening. I rang this company and my call was returned within 10 minutes and two men ( Ross and Dale) arrived at our house within 30 mins. They dealt with the problem efficiently and we were really impressed with them. Then we got a follow up call from the lady we had initially spoken to to see if the problem had been dealt with. We would certainly use this company again and would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks

Ross is the best! Answered his phone anytime I called him. He was quick to do an inspection and gave me options on prices. He came at the time he said he would come and installed my new shower quickly and even cleaned up after the job was done! Can’t recommend him highly enough 🌟

After 2 other failed attempts to get a plumber I called APCR. Just had a sink repaired by Ross and his dad. Such friendly guys and they did an excellent job will definitely use them again. Excellent service would highly recommend.

APCR is a real plumber.
Anything I could say would never do him full credit.

Came to view the job I needed done when he said he would.
I was assured by his approach and knowledge that he knew how to do the job.
Give me a good and fair price for the job.
He set a window of time that suited me when he could do the job.
Phoned the morning he was coming and give a time when he would arrive at my house.
He arrived within 10 minutes of the time he said.
Completed the job with absolutely no problem and left the area cleaned and tidy.
He tested and showed me how it operated.
It was a pleasure to pay him.
