I provide a safe, caring and confidential environment with no distractions for you to explore your feelings and areas you need to work on, to help you make effective choices and changes.

With that in mind, I always offer an assessment session. This is where we would meet and I would answer any questions you may have about counselling

I offer reassurance and peace of mind to employees in need of counselling for issues both in and outside of work. With the correct help and support, your staff will work more effectively, efficiently and harmoniously in the working environment. To discuss your requirements and to organise a counselling session for your staff, please contact me today.

(From £45 per hour for individuals and £55 for couples)

Highly recommend Annie!

I wasn't sure counselling would be for me but from my initial meeting, Annie made it so easy for me to open up. Helping me to understand behaviours and how to manage emotions has had a positive impact on my relationships as well as my own well-being. I felt so motivated and positive after every session! Truly fantastic councelling. Annie is so easy to talk to and has an amazing ability to help you reframe the way you look at life.
She helped me understand my grief, how to let go of some parts of it and embrace others and helped me realise the importance of looking after myself.
She was also incredibly flexible with appointment times and worked around my ever changing schedule.
Thank you Annie for helping me look to the future.

Can’t believe the difference it’s made

I wasn’t sure that using a counsellor was for me but after a period of significant low mood and depression a colleague recommended Annie and I decided to give it a go. I’m so very glad that I did as it was the BEST decision I could have made. Annie is kind, caring and confidential and she offered me alternative views of myself and my situation which turned things around for me. I would 100% recommend Annie to anyone struggling with their mental health and wondering what the first step to recovery might be. If you don’t think counselling is for you, I urge you to think again… it could change everything … for the better!

I approached Annie to see if she could help us as I was on the verge of giving up. She talked to us and listened to what we both had to say. There was no blame apportioned, no criticism given, just simple advice which has helped us turn our relationship around. You may feel daft or embarrassed in trying the methods, but if you take it on board, you will have the tools to enable you to work at things. It's hard to lay yourself bare and admit your struggling, but Annie is not judgmental and only wants to help. I would heartily recommend anybody to contact her if they need help.
