Ann Events Hire

Very poor customer service. Agreed to refund us due to us having a bereavement in our family and having to cancel our wedding . However , after agreeing to refund us they took weeks to send us back our money and ignored messages and emails. Very distressing given what we were going through at this time. Following this they then found it ok to charge us a £75 admin fee for our cancellation which made no sense considering their admin team were so slow to respond to us.

Amazing amazing amazing services from Ann events, we hired them for magic mirror, candy cart, n ferreri roche stand for our wedding in grand sapphire on the 5th of October. The team were absolutely amazing! We requested them that they ensure our guests stick a copy of the photo in our guestbook and they did, we requested halal sweets and they provided! Throughout my wedding planning, they were so helpful in helping us find contacts for indoor fountains, center pieces and were a pleasure to deal with.

Awful customer service! stay away

Excellent service provided by Annevents. Staff were lovely!! Loved by all our guests. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends and will use their services in the future again.
