I leave my dog here all the time . The staff are so good with him

I used these kennels once before and seemed good as my dog came out happy. However the second occasion I found the female assistant very rude and I did not feel a good vibe when I left my dog in there. On picking her up and as my flight was getting in late I phoned the owner and told her that I would there at about 5pm and maybe a wee bit late as they close at 5pm. Phoned at just before 5 and no answer to let them know I was close. Arrived at literally just after 5pm and the front gate was closed and no one answered the front gate telecom. I was absolutely furious as she knew I was on route. Just rude and to add to way I was spoken to when dropping her in leads me to believe they show no care to the animals. Just about money and closed just to squeeze another £10 out of me which was not the issue. I just wanted my pup as I don’t like putting her in kennels. Will never use again as this bunch cannot be trusted with my dog.

Very disappointed with the treatment of our dog, when collected she had a severely gunged eye which was matted, to the point of being closed over, with infection and sleep. She then had to be taken to the vets for eye infection ointment and pain killers for breathing problems. After ringing Animal Ark, it was discovered that despite providing them with vet details in the case of any issues, the issues with our dog were never flagged or acted upon. As a result, I can assuredly say that I will never be using these kennels again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
