They are not a storage service. (days between order cancellation and enquiry is 5 days )
Our contractor ordered on our behalf & for some reason we decided to cancel work on one smaller area, the stones order was dis-regarded by the contractor; later telling us that company throws away the dis-regarded items; thereby asking us to bare the cost of this order. We didn't believe this & hence called them to enquire. The reply was If we pay the handling charges + delivery the stones will be delivered to us, he will speak with his senior and tell me the cost of it, but needs go ahead from the contractor (since he made the payment) A moment after this, our contractor called us enquiring whether we called this company and we told what the person said to us & with in next 2 minutes, we got a call from company telling that they are not a storage service and cannot deliver the stones. Joint venture between Company & the contractor to loot, we guess .. Separate review for contractor is coming.
