Fantastic service from ADA. Our Beko washing machine door would not open even after re-running program and the handle seemed lose and disconnected. We called his phone number at about 9.00am today and he answered and asked me to look at machine and its model number and he said he would check his stock for a handle replacement. 30 mins later he rang back and said he had the part required but was very busy with several other call outs today but he would try and fit us in after two other calls he had near to our location. He arrived at 12.30 and by 13.30 had fixed our washing machine with a new handle. He fully checked the machine functions and made no hard sell attempts. A genuine, knowledgeable, affordable man who provides excellent service. Would recommend his service to everyone.

I called him as I had a problem with my gas ovens not working, he explained he could only do electric but took the time to ask me what the problem was. I explained I had just moved in and the hob and grill worked. He suggested turning it off leaving it awhile then switch it back on and get the clock to stop flashing! And yes it worked never would have thought a flashing clock would stop the oven from working. Saved me call out charges and dread to think of what other charges I may have suffered. Going to keep your number for my other appliances. Thank you

The most helpful and lovely man! He couldn't come out due to covid-19 but spoke to me on the phone until I knew how to have a go at fixing my problem myself. His advice worked perfectly!

Very impressed with the repair of our ageing Bosch washing machine a couple of months ago. Michael was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and well equipped. Saved us £450 for a new machine at a reasonable cost for the repair. No hesitation in recommending him.
