I’ve been using this chip shop for the past six years and apart from once I’ve never had a bad meal the portions are great and the price is okay and they deliver so give them a chance don’t just listen to anybody in this day and age everyone needs a helping hand.

If there was a way to give 0 I would, who would have thought going to a fish and chip shop would be terrifying? The owner is patronising and misogynistic and does not know how to talk to a human. Constantly shouting about how he was 60 years old and worked there for 20 years - yet he still couldn’t get our order right. Confirmed my order twice and received the WRONG food after letting them know he shouted at me and called me a liar. Repeatedly not listening to me and refused to rectify his mistake and threw me and my little sister out the shop. Terrifying and upsetting experience to say the least.

Delivers in Shepshed but after 6.30pm because of traffic.

No stars for this business but you have to give at least one star to submit a review. Their customer is absolutely shocking. We ordered food for delivery and when the driver arrived she sounded the horn several times rather than getting out of the car. When my wife went out to collect the food and told her not to sound her horn, the driver just drove off with the food (which had already been paid for). We called the shop to be told that as she was a partner in the business and had told them that we had been rude, it was our word against hers. It would appear from some of the other reviews on google and just eat this practice of being rude to customers is quite common and food quality is dubious, to say the least.

This is the worst fast food restaurant on the planet and their customer service is none existent. Really bad. One star is too good for them.
