Rubbish lashes

Had lash extensions which were rubbish. My appointment was at 11 but she didn't start till 11.25 with no apologies (I was the only one in at the time so they weren't busy).
Whilst she was doing it her colleague was on the phone for almost an hour right next to me having a full blown heated conversation (so unprofessional and uncomfortable).
She never used a brush once to check lashes.
When you go to pay they offer 5% off so that you do a Google review in front of them so you put 5 stars.
When I checked my lashes out of the salon one set was longer than the other.
One final thing their chairs are ripped which doesn't give a good impression on the start off.
Don't go here please.

Terrible experience

Terrible service. Had a bad experience. Forcefully makes us to put review by promising to give 5% discount.
Also my friend developed a big reaction with facial swelling in response to their facial done.
