New lock super quick, Andy Locksmith

We spent 2 hours trying to change a barrel in our door which went very badly and left us unable to lock the door. Called Andy Locksmith at 7.05 on a Saturday evening. Call was answered promptly and given a 30 minute time slot and given an estimate of costs. The technician arrived within the 30 minutes. He was very honest about what was required after we had taken a hammer to the lock 🤭 He was happy to use our barrel but took the time to explain the difference between our lock and their security lock. There was no hard sell. 15 minutes later we had a lockable door. From making the initial call to locking the door was 90 minutes. We paid by card. Do yourself a favour just contact Andy Locksmith for all your lock issues.
