Adam came to my house today. He phoned to say he would be a little late but that was not a problem with me. The problem was my computer was not talking to the printer so the printer wouldn't work. Adam sorted the problem out in no time. He was professional, friendly and understanding and I was delighted with his work. I won't hesitate to have Adam again. I must point out that I am 83 years old and Adam was very reassuring. Thank you Adam.

I had Ryan Headlam to service my Laptop at home on Wednesday 4th January 2023, the visit was booked for 1pm. He rang at 12 58 to say he was on his way and arrived at 1 17pm, which was not a problem. I had a list of problems I was having which he sorted out in just under a hour. the only thing was when I made the appointment I said my mouse was not working expecting to have a new one with him. He said I would have to order one from Amazon which he did before he left. He then said they set themselves up now when you plug it in, I thought he would have to come back and do that. If he had told me they set themselves up I would not have ordered though amazon and just gone to the local Supermarket or Curry's. This is my only complaint, shows a bit of lack of training. I would still highly recommend this firm to my friends though. Peter Robinson

The technician arrived promptly on time and stayed until my problem was sorted. Informed me what he was doing throughout. Gave me lots of good advice and the best and cheapest way to do it.

Excellent service. Picked up the laptops from my house, gave me a price for the repair and dropped them back at my house the next day. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I am more than satisfied with this company. After several companies said they couldn't help me with my damaged screen. Andromeda solutions were brilliant they collected my computer one day ordered screen for the next day then returned my fixed computer the next. More than brilliant .
