Spot on. Came to repair radiator leak quickly and on time. Friendly fella who completed the job, informing me what he was going to do and why. Would recommend.

Had a new shower, bath taps and shower screen fitted to our bathroom along with fixing a leak underneath the bath.
Turned up 1.5 hours late for the job but the works were completed the same day - so couldn't complain too much.
However, the leak resurfaced soon afterwards so got in touch with the company again. Their attitude soon changed as there was no urgency for them to sort out the problem. In the end, we called out another plumber which he fixed the leakage by identifying the fault and replacing the parts. This new plumber later explained to us highlighting that no works evidently have been carried out previously to fix the leaks.
Given the above experience, I would think twice before using them again.
