Andy first came to our house to sort out an electrical problem - a friend recommended him. Since then I have called upon him for a variety of electrical jobs, clearing a stubbornly blocked drain, fitting a new kitchen sink, and restoring my garden chalet after serious storm damage.
He always gets on with the work quickly, completes it to a very high standard and charges a reasonable price which matches his quote.
The biggest job was restoring my garden chalet. The storm had ripped off half the roof completely, the walls were half collapsed, and everything was drenched. He restored the structure and strengthened it with new wooden supports. He improved the insulation, put in electricity including plug sockets and lighting, and completely transformed the inside with wooden panelling throughout.
He has completed everything to the highest standards and a fine attention to detail. He has many skills and can turn his hand to most jobs.
I am happy to recommend him with full confidence.

Andy Ladd is a top chap, a craftsman and a perfectionist. He has done a great deal of work for us including all the work on our rental property. No fuss. He comes when he says he will. He charges what he states. He does exactly what is needed and he does it quickly, safely and always tidies up after himself (a refreshing rarity).
Most of all, Andy is scrupulously honest and totally trustworthy. On many occasions we have given him the key to the house while we are away.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
