After hearing their radio ad offering gluten free pizza, I thought I’d try it. I specified on the order I have coeliac disease (gluten free), phoned them before to check how to order gluten free online (their website doesn’t mention it at all), then phoned again when the order was put through to make sure they knew where the gluten free pizza was going. It took and hour and a half to arrive and when we got our delivery there was nothing to say which pizza was gluten free. After getting my partner to check both we realised neither was. I could easily have eaten a pizza and been made very ill. My partner phoned them and they said they would deliver another pizza but I do not trust these people and went to bed without dinner. Save your money.

I ordered from andreas (years ago they always used to be good) but it's really gone downhill. When you go online it gives you the options of choosing things like jalapeños to add but when the food was delivered these were missing. When I called to ask why the manager was shouting and swearing telling me that jalapeños don't go with a veggie burger so I could **** off. I queried why they even have this option on the website and after another tyrade of abuse he slammed the phone down. Not nice people to deal with, very unpleasant! They don't even deserve the one star I've given them!
