I am a BTEC Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist based within Halo Physiotherapy in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. This type of therapy is excellent for sporting people and people suffering with aches, pains or injuries from occupations, long term injuries or complaints, postural problems or general daily living. Within each consultation I will discuss with you exactly what you may require from the treatment and hope to empower you to take control of any pain you might be experiencing. I have worked with a range of people from various sporting backgrounds, including runners, cyclists, swimmers, skiiers, weightlifters, rugby, football, tennis, squash and netball players. I have trained in a variety of taping and strapping methods including kinesio taping, integrated myofascial release techbiques as well as a number of other advanced therapy techniques which I use to build an individualised treatment session for each and every client.
