Fantastic, good value, honest. Andover Mobility. See for yourself

I have used Ray from Andover Mobility for years. He services my two scooters for me. He even cleans them before handing them back. I find his work of good quality and his prices are reasonable. With a £40 service charge it is a help during the current time. He helped me when one of my scooters broke down when I was out and couldn't get home. He is available 7 days a week which is good becau...se I don't need to worry about any problems arising at the weekend. I know I can give him a ring. He is very easy to talk to and has the patient to explain things, especially as I do forget. He also has a great sense of humour. Obviously he has at times, had to get me new batteries and tyres, he has always had my scooter (s) back to me within a couple of days, but that's only because he has had to wait for the battery/tyres. He doesn't charge for call outs which by today's standard is a blessing. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Super helpful!!

Contacted these guys late on a Saturday - I was definitely chancing my arm. They answered my WhatsApp message, got me a wheelchair ready and I collected it on a Sunday morning. Super helpful, friendly a I couldn’t believe how reasonable the costs were! Thank you so much for your help!! Made it so that a day out could actually happen rather than be cancelled

I had problems with my mobility scooter yesterday and contacted Andover Mobility who came out within a few hours took my scooter away kept me informed on what was wrong repaired it and returned it a few hours after that. Remarkable and excellent service thanks Ray

Excellent! Friendly & Helpful Service from Ray

Ray serviced my scooter recently. He responded to the enquiry my friend sent and promptly agreed a time and place convenient to do the service. Ray’s prices are very competitive.
The scooter was good as new when the service completed and given a nice clean as well. Ray reported a minor issue of concern and clearly explained his honest recommendation to rectify it, based on his wide knowledge and experience of mobility scooters, without any pressure.
I now have renewed confidence with the scooter being good to ride for another year. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Andover Mobility. They have looked after my dads mobility scooter for many years providing an excellent service. Always reliable and on time. Ray was brilliant with my dad always making him laugh and being kind to him. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a service or help with their mobility scooter. 5 ⭐️
