Andersons installed a soakaway for us at our residential home. They were prompt with advice and a quote to do the work. The work took less time than they thought it would. When we received the bill they had reduced the charge by 50% due to the reduced time taken. I've never experienced such a honesty and integrity. This is almost unheard of in the construction industry. Well done Andersons. Thank you very much.

Never received such poor customer service anywhere! They came and 'emptied' tank in July but a few weeks later we noticed our sewage pipes had blocked up. I lifted the lid of the tank and it was full!! They sent a different driver out and when he saw it he confirmed that it had not been emptied, in fact, I heard him on the phone to the office complaining that he was having to sort the other drivers 'mistakes' out again!! Must be a common occurrence!! I phoned the office to give them a chance to explain what had happened and perhaps offer an apology. All I got was the insistence that the tank had been emptied the first time and the second driver must be mistaken!!! Despite me reminding them that I saw it with my own eyes, I heard the second driver on the phone to the office moaning about having to deal with the other drivers mistakes 'AGAIN!!' and the second driver said that the tank had not been emptied. They carried on insisting it was emptied but they wouldn't charge the 2nd visit!!
