5Practicing on our loved ones-disgrace
122 days later I had no option to take my dog to the place she once had happy memory’s of to be put down by the Keano whose only words were while getting ready to euthanise my precious dog is “Ahh,she looks so sad”..
From day 1 my dog came home worse with minimal pain relief and no follow up advice—
A real disgrace as I have used Anderson for many years but never again.
Our dogs can’t talk and who knows what goes on behind closed doors when dogs are sedated.
I must say thanks to the lady assistant who really showed heart comforting my dog while getting the IV and one could see she loved animals.
Keanos demeanour from day1 is he is in this game purely for money ..
Just because you big ,don’t think you can bully animals that can’t talk…
What goes around?

1Find a problem with her , I put it down to kidney failure, no reason behind it, and did not go above and beyond to investigate her even more.
Ultrasound was carried out, and it was nothing I still detected.
I was told by Thursday, if her kidneys do not reduce, they’ll be no hope for her, and unfortunately they will have to put her down.
I was in disbelief and followed my gut and went for a second opinion !!! my dog, underwent a emergency operation. She had a rock lodged within her intestines, Anderson’s failed to find this and basically neglect of my dog. If it wasn’t for my second opinion, my dog would have been put to sleep by Anderson’s low level of care. I would not recommend anyone to this vet as all
They care about is money ! Imagine how many people have already been in my situation and how many animals I have put down due to lack of investigation.
Nearly £1,000 I spent on them !

1I'm happy to ring back, but don't EVER act like I'm inconveniencing you when your website and Google CLEARLY says 8:30am...If you don't open till 9...don't answer your phones at 8:30, but don't speak to customers like they're a nuisance.
