***WARNING***

Rented a property for 3 years, recently left. The landlord did the bare minimum in the way of maintenance to property, the landlord even turned up at the property unannounced and uninvited asking to come in! The landlord wants £1,700!!! The deposit was only £1000. A dirty moldy hole and the landlord wants to give his house a make over with my money.
Obviously the landlord is a crook, but the estate agent are trying to bully myself and my partner. Now we have had to contact the council, citizens advice just to try and get our deposit back.
I have rented with many estate agents over the years and this has never happened before. STAY AWAY FROM ANDERSON'S LETTING!

*WARNING* Steer clear of the worst Estate Agents! They are completely unprofessional! They not only wasted my time by not showing up to viewings but then didn't have the decency to answer my calls or notify me what was happening. Their customer service and care is atrocious!

I feel sorry for any tenants or landlords dealing with such incompetence!

I had 2 viewings for properties booked with Anderson's. No one turned up for the 1st viewing on 03/07/18 it went to voicemail I stated no one had showed up. I did not hear from them, no apology, no call to rearrange the viewing.

My 2nd viewing on 05/07/19 they called me to make the appointment earlier. We go to the viewing & again no one is there. They say the agent is en route, I ask for an ETA as I had appointments later, she said "we don't have a tracking system on him so I can't tell you that". I told them to cancel the viewing as I don't want to deal with agents like these guys, they probably wouldn't have turned up anyway.

I feel sorry for anyone letting/selling their property with Anderson's in Leicester. Their service is appalling, even if your property is beautiful they will drive away interest with their absolutely disgusting service.
I have 18 properties in Leicester, I wanted to see what their service was like almost undercover. So glad I went to test it out.

Excellent service throughout. They are rigerous in vetting new tenants. Excellent team who communicate very well. If your a new landlord like myself I can reassure you that Andersons take away any apprensions and make it a stress free process. They have good contacts for any maintance work needed and are efficient.

Anderson Lettings have a deep knowledge of the Leicester and Leicestershire market. As a landlord I'm looking for reliable service in administration, maintenance and tenant communication. Anderson's handle this with ease. Would thoroughly recommend.
