Ancrum Windows & Doors Ltd

We have had replacement windows from Ancrum windows and doors for a good number of years ( I can't remember just how many but it's been around eight or ten. They have been and continue to be ideal without any problems.
I am prompted to write a review after all this time, to sing their praises and to note the extremely efficient after sales service. We had a minor difficulty with a bathroom window and contacted Paul via WhatsApp. He explained very clearly what we needed to do to overcome the inconvenience and all is well. My thanks to Ancrum windows and doors and Paul Anderson's friendly service. I recommend this service unreservedly.

Got quotes from a few companies after front door broke and needed replaced ASAP. Ancrum windows was the quickest and best price and I'm not disappointed with the result. Door looks fantastic and I never even realised how draughty my old door was until now! Only problem being its caused me to repaint the entire hall to go with my bonnie new door which the hubby isn't overly amused about. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Nothing but bother with doors since I got them installed around 3 years ago. emailed them last October advising yet another issue and still waiting on a response. astonishing.
