Poor and expensive

We had this firm in before Christmas to give the house a thorough clean before hosting family over the holiday. We paid £250 plus an extra £50 to have the oven cleaned. We were extremely disappointed. They were in the house for just under four hours before declaring the job finished. Even with three people this was not cheap, though whether the cleaning ladies saw this much we doubt. We were shocked to discover how much had not been done. We had spent much time emptying divan drawers and so on, but no furniture was moved, even light easy stuff. No vacuuming under beds or settees, windows not touched, obvious check places like door jambs, picture ledges, left untouched, areas of table surfaces still dusty, kitchen hob hood untouched, and doubtless much more we’ve yet to find. We’ve had to spend much time finishing the job we started before they came. A poor job, expensive and inept.

Dear Peter, we normally get paid for spring cleaning after our clients be happy with everything, also we always offer a free cleaning session to our clients which is not happy with our service. I myself arrange another service the day after mentioned date even after we get paid, completely free to gain your satisfactory but you refuse it. i do respect your comment but not everyday is good day to our staff to do the perfect job, that is why we offer free replace service.
