As a Sole Trader based in Rednal, I cover a wide area to the West & South of Birmingham, from Edgbaston to Droitwich, Hagley to Hollywood. I take pride in my work and impartial advice, and all work is carried out to a high standard at very competitive prices. I take on all types of jobs of all sizes within Domestic properties, and all work is carried out to the requirements of both the latest Wiring Regulations and Building Regulations, where applicable.

Whether it's a simple accessory replacement, fault-finding, partial re-wire, new circuits or Consumer Unit, full Inspection & Testing services (EICRs & PAT testing,) Landlord Certificates, external electrics or just advice on energy saving, I can help.

As a registered electrician via the NICEIC I am able to both Certify and Notify your local Building Control if required, in order to ensure you have the necessary paperwork - particularly important if you are looking to sell your home in the future.

Thank you Ammonite. We were very pleased with all the works carried out at our old family home. Our original thoughts that we might need a full rewire, were allieviated after David came and inspected and gave us a quote for works to be done on two seperate visits. He attended at the times he was supposed to, quite happy to explain things. We had a few things done first and then the consumer unit changed. It was all fully tested and certificated and the Building Regulations Certificate has been received. He advised that the job, had come in cheaper than he orignally quoted. Not everyone would have done that. Once again David, excellent job. Definitely recommend.

David arrived on time and carried out the job in a friendly and informative manner. The price quoted is what I was invoiced – no call out charge or unexpected “add ons”. I have every confidence in David who has undertaken further work at the Property and again, I was very happy with his charges. He has always been happy to answer questions before and after carrying out the work. His work is of high quality and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
