My father is very happy with the help he has been receiving from Amily Homecare. The staff are professional & friendly and provide him with exactly what he needs. He could not be happier and we feel reassured that he is in safe hands.

Working with the team manager we have jointly been able to provide my mother with a care package that has secured further independent living. I have also found that carers generally do care. Mum has a friendly relationship with them.

All carers that visit my mother are kind, helpful and make mum feel relaxed.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you have provided for my father over the last few months. All the carers that have attended him have been professional and compassionate and I would like to particularly praise Karen for her outstanding work with him and the family. I am sorry that we have had to change care companies but this is only because you were unable to provide the four visits a day that dad now needs, especially as mum has also been unwell over the last month. I would be more than happy to recommend and use your company in the future.

Very lovely caring people throughout the organization. I was so impressed by their support and care provide for my mother. Genuine empathy with her needs. Communications between the family, administrative staff and carers was always direct with immediate response to issues arising and on a continuous basis. Very reassuring.
