Hi, my name is Alex and I started Amethyst Reflexology in 2012 because I wanted to help people achieve balance in their lives and to help combat the stresses of life. I specialise in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Reiki and my aim as a therapist is to tailor your treatments to meet your individual needs to help improve your wellbeing. I love working with both the physical and the spiritual aspects of a person and I strive to connect and balance the two together. I have a deep passion for crystals and they are often used to help enhance the treatments and to help shift energy blockages, you will never find me very far from a crystal or two!
The aromatherapy blends I create are tailored specially for you, depending on your individual needs and fragrant preferences. These blends can be used during your treatments or at home in a manner of different ways.
The therapies I offer work well on their own or in combination.
