Theta Healing is an ancient modality, which was reintroduced to us when it was founded in the USA by Vianna Stibal. It can instantly clear blocks on the subconscious, conscious, body and soul levels. Everything we have ever learned or experienced is stored in our subconscious levels. Unconscious limiting beliefs can override positive thoughts, thereby holding us back without us even realising it. This can slow us down from getting where we want to be in life, or from being more of who we are.

Theta Healing can change thought patterns / belief systems with : - relationships, career, your relationship to money, cultural codes, self-esteem, mental health, depression, worries, addictions, current or past life traumas; all this has an impact on your physical and mental health ultimately. Diseases are usually caused by an energy imbalance in the body, therefore clearing any negativity can greatly promote healing. The therapist traces blocks by asking the client relevant questions to establish the root of the blocks. The therapist then goes into a theta brainwave state or a brief trance-like state, to connect to the universal energy. In this state, healing is sent to the client, and the blocks are released with focus and intent.

Reiki Healing

The therapist channels universal life-force energy or Reiki energy through the client, promoting a state of calmness and well-being on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level; thereby aiding the body’s own natural healing abilities. The Reiki energy will flow wherever it is needed. It heals by balancing the chakras (energy centres in the body) which in turn help to balance the body, as each chakra is connected with an equivalent gland or organ. Reiki treatments can be given to the client while lying down. I add crystal healing and sound healing to the Reiki, this deepens the experience of a session. Clients usually feel deeply relaxed after receiving Reiki.
