Excellent service.

Ambro fitted my ow bar and trailer lights back in 2015. I managed to fuse my trailer lights replacing a bulb at the weekend. Didn't realise there was a common fuse on the earth return. Took the car down yesterday morning and they had all my details on record showing the fuse location. They changed the fuse and tested the lights within minutes. Very happy.

This company messed up a days work for 3 guys and couldn't have cared less.

This company completely messed up a days work for 3 guys. Booked a plant trailer for a day, they said no worries, trailer available, if you want collect late on the day before. On the day before the booking I called them to let them know I would collect it on the morning of the hire day, just to be safe, so they knew, they said that's fine see you in the morning. Arrived there following morning and they said, "oh we let that trailer go yesterday afternoon" their reasoning was "well some people don't turn up do they so we let it go" I said I called the day before to confirm and they said "yeah I know" This was all bad enough but their attitude was shocking, they literally couldn't have cared any less, just shrugged their shoulders. If you don't hold trailers for bookings then just don't take bookings, first come first served. Cost me a second trip to Reading with workers for the day, unbelievable attitude, absolute shambles, they should be embarrassed.
