Takes Money In Advance Doesn't Come Back

Had Amber Locksmiths out on the 28th June 2016. The job was to replace the front door lock and the rear french door locks with parallel locks i.e matching keys. He said he didn't have the locks for the rear french doors but would order them and come back and fit in a week. He insisted on full payment, charging £115.00 plus VAT for the locks he HADN'T fitted.

Phoned him yesterday, made out he couldn't remember, said he would look into it and call me back today. Guess what no phone call. I see a 7 day letter coming and if still no refund, I'll put it to my solicitor to recover costs.

DO NOT USE THIS ONE MAN BAND!
