Absolutely horrible staff and drivers no customer service experience! Extremely aggressive drivers and no care for safety in the office!

Giving a 1 star rating because I can't give zero stars. Late and unhelpful taxi service. Even when booked in advance of 1 hour for a 10 min journey they managed to make me miss my train despite reassurances they would be there in 20 minutes .

Very disappointed. Don't recommend.

I just want to say that when I call most weekends I am always greeted with extremely polite, courteous staff, if busy they always call and say the taxi is delayed, and give truthful wait times which is very good customer service. The drivers are polite and helpful which is very rare these days. Even on a Saturday night outside the office the ladies in the office always will be truthful regarding the wait time for a cab. So well done all will continue to use you.

Booked taxi to and from Birmingham airport at agreed price.Arrival was good but the return was the worse experience I have ever had.Return flight was 3 o’clock.A mix up occurred and taxi finally located us at 4.30 after delay in passport control.The driver put the blame squarely on us.I gave him £70 and he moaned about he should have more.(actual fare £65) I could sense an argument developing and did not wait for the change.Felt threatened by his whole attitude .Driver told us he would not be seeing him again.I can assure you we will not be using Amber again

Reading some reviews I am not sure we are using the same company! I have had to use them for over a year and with only one exception the drivers have been exceptional, caring and thoughtful and the cars very clean and safe. Mainly they are on time and never have they been more than 5 minutes late and considering all the pop-up roadworks around I think that's acceptable! Thank you ...keep up the good work.
