Amanda's Domestic Cleaners

We have a small flat 4 rooms plus bathroom and the kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned thoroughly. None of the bottom edges of the doors had been wiped and We’re coated in bright yellow muck. We hadn’t looked properly having been in and out over Christmas , so contacted Amanda expecting an apology and perhaps some recompense. But no , had her team realised they might be cleaning muck off anything they would consider it toxic and need specialist clothes and materials. And it would have increased our quote Amazing as the flat was supposed to have a ‘deep clean’. There is an intercom phone on the wall of our lounge and that was left filthy too. Amanda’s attitude was ‘why are you bothering me with this , did you really expect a response , it’s two months since we did the job , I’ve got to protect my girls ‘. Jon and I have never heard such complete garbage. So , NO RECOMMENDATION and I give Amanda and her girls a big thumbs down and hope future clients might take note !

The ladies first came to us when the house was covered in dust after bathroom renovations. They were, and are my heroes, and have been coming ever since. They are tremendous, totally reliable, very competent and extremely efficient as well as being lovely people. I would not want to be without them, ever.
