After placing the order I was sent an email stating that delivery would be between the 3rd and 5th of January.
When I called to ask when the item was likely to be delivered I was told it 'should' be the 4th but that didn't know as they do not use their own courier company. I explained to the customer service member that I work and to only give a three day delivery period with no general time of deliver was unreasonable. The memeber of staff was pretty rude, sighing, huffing etc. Basically said there was nothing they could do.
After a little more explanation stating it was unreasonable to assume people should wait open ended for three days the member of staff relented to say she would call the courier company and try and get the delivery information but that wasn't confident of obtaining the information
This is the first time I have ordered from this company and it will be the last, poor communication on the website doesn't state procedure for delivery and poor 'customer' service.

wrost site for online shopping poor customer care service

I ordered a phone from alza two weeks since then ringing and find out about my parcel.once they made mistake and my parcel went Czech I complained then they sent again and still can't get it parcel online tracking show parcel is in uk for last three days ..I ring customer care and every day they lie to resolve my query and inform me but they don't they are very unprofessional not able to resolve a small parcel query..I am very unhappy will never buy anything only ring every day uk have cost me too much...
