Alternative Care

One or two carer's are excellent, caring, respectful and professional,however many others lack "carer skills"and leave a lot to be desired... training in customer care is needed or go work in a supermarket check out!!!! Fill in so called "supervisor's" are poorly trained and manager's are just as bad,,they struggle in staff rota systems,and have no control over their staff...poor customer communication causes distress to clients......the whole system needs a good kick up the pants...and that means starting at the "top",,,,,,, consider other carer companies before choosing Alternative care.,there are many other carer companies offering better service... if you respect your love ones choose very carefully....(or you may come to regret it).........

Excellent carers go beyond expectations friendly and well mannered

Absolutely outstanding care workers, went above and beyond with all they did and do! Couldn’t ask for a better company, would recommend to anybody that needs home help!

Carers are unbelievably rude, opinionated, judgemental and assuming. Foul mouthed, I would not wish this quality of care on anyone!
Shouting is not acceptable, nor is being threatened. Absolutely disgusting manners from staff here, disgusting.

All good if your parents are dogs an you liked rushed care assistants cramming calls avoid at all costs
