Great traditional shop with interesting stock. The welcome is warm and professional and the atmosphere of quiet concentration by experts is palpable.
I had a problem with my vintage Accurist that a previous shop could not solve and that the manufacturer (now owned by another company) wouldn't even look at. Alsal's expert identified the cause of the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I was so happy to find this shop!

One of the sadly very few remaining small family businesses in central London, they are superb - honest, courteous, endlessly helpful and brilliant at repairing and maintaining watches. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, and long may they prosper.

I have been going here for 15 years. Never go anywhere else and don't both haggeling about the price. they do a great job on difficult assignments as they designed our wedding rings with great skill, creativity and patience! Have recommended friends go here and received thanks.

Needed a new battery for my Gucci watch (was hoping nothing more serious). Working in Fleet St looked on Yell for somewhere reputable near by. What a fabulous find. An original family run business in the heart of London. I was in and out in 5 mins with a new battery fitted and delightful service at a total cost of £9.50! An absolute find in central London a great shame there aren't more traditional family run businesses here in town. Recommend without hesitation.
