Extremely angry

I usually love this taxi company, however after being picked up today by a driver in a “dark grey, Toyota Avensis” I can’t imagine using the Company again, after having the driver tell my disabled boyfriend to “chop chop” and “hurry up” and that if he “goes any slower he will f****** stop” I’m extremely angry with the company as a whole and will be advising family and friends to go elsewhere as well. My boyfriend was extremely hurt by the comment as he is only just coming to terms with his disability..and I will be taking it further.

Took 20mins over stated time. Was dropped off 10min walk from house because he refused to detour around a blocked road that’s been blocked for 6months and would have known about.

They are prompt quite good but in bad weather their aptitude stinks they do not assist with bags/luggage a real shame but otherwise impressive
