Highly recommend Alpha pro

I want to start off by saying that out of all the companies I spoke to I got a good feeling from the sales person when he came to do the quote. Having spoken to him on the phone several times I kept telling my wife that Alpha would be the right company to choose. I chose in the end to go for the full packing service too and I don’t regret it at all. The day before Alpha were to come and start packing (day1) Michael came to drop off boxes and packing materials. He asked to do one last sweep of the house to make sure they covered everything. This further cemented my good vibes as Michael was friendly and helpful. Day 1 was packing and Day 2 was moving and it went great. No hidden costs, no complaining about the stuff needing packing. Just determined hard work and persistence to do the job right. These guys are great and will recommend them to anyone who is moving house. Thanks Slava, Michael, Vad and team.

Terrible attitudes from moving team

I had a really positive experience with alpha pro removals in the past. However this time I had a bad experience, and have not had my complaint responded to despite contacting alpha pro multiple times (via phone and email).
The team were 1 hour 30mins late due to traffic. This wasn’t a problem in itself but the team tried to rush the job from that point on. When they knocked over a pile of boxes- I asked them to slow down because we had plenty of time left and didn’t need to rush. It was at this point I was shouted at told the boxes falling over was my fault because my boxes weren’t good enough and I was hadn’t packed them well enough. Why I was spoken to in this way I do not understand. Ultimately several of my items were damaged, no response has been made to my complaint by the alpha pro team.
Absolutely appalling. Would really like to get a response from someone at the company to resolve this.

Pro, efficient and friendly team

Excellent moving service with great communication. The team is pro, efficient, flexible and friendly. Easy assessment of volume /weight of our stuff via WhatsApp. We moved from London to Lille. Our stuff was delivered the morning after loading and the overload a couple days later. Could hardly have been any faster. I recommend them.

From Surrey to Essex, best removals experience!

From the very first call to last assembled furniture piece at our new place, the experience with the team has been great! They managed the process with high professionalism, all belongings were caringly packed, very quickly too in well coordinated manner. Trickiest furniture dismantled and loaded in a matter of .minutes. At the new place the team showed great geometry skills at maneuvering unloading through narrower doors and stairs, working very hard and to the set deadline. Huge thanks from us for making a mission impossible a successful and stress-free moving! Highly recommend this company!

Efficient moving from UK to Germany
