The lads that come out are lovely but the receptionist that makes the calls is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking too.

Leaking boiler - Came out quickly, located the problem and fixed without fuss,
highly recommend. Haven't had the bill yet but have been told from a friend they are very reasonable!

After 9 years of problems with a toilet and numerous plumbers saying they were not able to help I was introduced to John from Alpha plumbing in the queue at Crosslings! I now have a working upstairs loo. Very helpful and I would highly recommend.

My heroes.

Our daughter's boiler broke the day before Good Friday- she was at work and we were looking after her two young children. The first three firms we rang said "No chance till after the weekend." Alpha not only gave 25 minutes of free advice on the phone, but sent round an extremely competent and helpful engineer to fix the problem, at the last minute on Thursday afternoon - all for a modest call-out charge.
