Ally Fraser Wood Works is a small company based in Sheffield offering a bespoke furniture making service. We will work with you on a personal basis to determine your needs and together create a solution that is not only practical, but fits in with your home or commercial environment.

Every job Ally Fraser Wood Works undertakes is unique. We haven't make the same thing twice. While we mainly specialise in furniture, fitted or freestanding, that doesn't mean we won't make anything that you might want. Whether that be a bespoke staircase, a boutique shop display, or a prop for a TV advert. The products we make may vary, but everything we make has a bespoke and unique design, built to last with quality manufacturing, materials, fittings and finishes.

Ally studied furniture design at Sheffield Hallam University and went on to complete a 3 year NVQ in wood machining at Leeds College of Building as part of his apprenticeship. Ally spent 5 years working for local companies manufacturing and installing joinery and carpentry products before setting up his own business in 2011.

Ally has made many kinds of wooden products from wedding cake stands to Oak windows and doors, bedside cabinets to entire boutique shop fits.
