I was very pleased with the work carried out on my house alarm today ,Joe was punctual , tidy and carried out the job efficiently along with being very cheerful and friendly . Highly recommended.

I have had a number of issues around resetting my Honeywell Galaxy home alarm caused mainly by PIR battery replacements and when setting the panel with the garage door left open giving me alerts and messages that ultimately lead to Call Manager Reset Required which I have found difficult to navigate resulting in my calling engineers to attend and clear etc.
I recently had another issue and was given Joe's mb no who I called in desperation and much to my relief called me back within an hour who proceeded to give me instructions over the phone whilst on his return from holiday, within 30mins all was sorted and cleared and has agreed to send me written advice on how to deal with future faults / alerts etc, he will not accept any payment !
I'm just so delighted and will when the opportunity arises have no problem in recommending Joe / Allstar Sec Systems to friends and family, Thank you Joe, Rgds Jim
