After waiting in for two no shows (both Aspect) I rang Allseal in despair. Within one hour someone was assessing the job and quoting for it; within 24 hours the job was done. It was tricky roof hatch glass replacement - minimum of fuss, maximum standard. Wonderful to find such efficient, friendly, responsive people who are also so good at their jobs.

Found this company professional from start to finish. I required a double glazed unit which meant a site survey was needed to take measurements. From time of site survey to date of installation, I was kept informed of progress either by phone call or email. Found staff extremely pleasant and would definitely recommend company and use again

First the good things:
* Price was the average of the quotes I got
* The glazier showed up relatively on time

Bad things:
* When on site the glazier suddenly quoted a price 60% higher then the previously agreed quote even though the requirements had not changed. After I insisted on the original price he did it for the original price.

* The double glazed unit fitted had uneven metal seal. The glazier claimed that was normal. "You are always going to find something wrong".

* Initially the double glazed was fitted in such a way that the metal seal was completely visible from the outside. Upon my complaint this was corrected, but it is still not perfect as the metal seal is skew inside the unit.

* Update: After a few days dust settled inside the double glazed unit. How is that even possible? Also thermal performance seems to be worse than on my other windows (judging by how cold the window feels).
