Catering section tried to put through overdone samosas. I noticed them whilst the assistant was putting them in the bag. I said I don’t want them. I specified the previous 4 on display. She said she had fresh ones. They were overdone ones which I believe she was trying to get rid of. She said I have to buy them because I touched them. I did not touch them.
I left all my shopping with her and spoke to the manager about her refusing to sell what I specifically asked for. She insisted to the manager that I touched them. I did no such thing.
What a pathetic excuse and totally unacceptable behaviour from this overly advertised business.
Note to the management.
You need to put the customer first and the assistant desperately needs closer supervision and trading in customer relations.

I wouldn’t give this store any stars. Staff are rude. I took one product back (non food) that I didn’t use and had brought in error with the receipt and I got quizzed like a criminal. There was absolutely no reason for this and staff begin talking in their own language thinking you don’t understand ! Never stepping foot in that store again so unprofessional it’s disgusting !
