They will lie to you and mislead you. They will return you car with damages and not listen to your complaints. Their managers are trash and unresponsive. Sell your Ford or bring it to another Ford dealer outside Coventry. Whatever you do stay away from Allen Ford Coventry! They are the reason im selling my Ford never to return.

Im reading some of the reviews and how familiar. Everyone reading this and thinking of using the service department - DONT!!!!!!! You will have damage on your vehicle and Allen Ford will not listen to you. The service manager is like a programmed machine and becomes silient when he cannot answer your concerns. He's too patronising. Basically, your lumbered with the damage at your own cost. There are better Ford dealerships within the area and use them instead. This is for your benefit and no longer for mine, so do take it on board.

What a terrible company, not paying staff March bonus / commission is shambolic. Staff morale is at a all time low, if this is how they treat staff imagine how the customers get treated

Absolute joke, my car was damaged during a service they agreed to repair the damage my car was taken in for a repair, they had ordered the wrong paint so I had to arrange another day to have my car repaired only to get my car back with what looked like no repair work done at all.
I was then asked to bring my car back a fourth time to inspect the damage yet again and on arrival the service manager wasn’t even in to discuss. Bearing in mind that they knew I was on my lunch break. So I still don’t see the damage being repaired
I wouldn’t recommend anyone bring there car here

They have taken my car in for a major service today and I thought at the extortionate price of it it would include a thorough check and repair. It said all parts were included. They’ve just brought it back and I checked the heating/cooling fan because it wasn’t working properly before and it still wasn’t! They said I should have told them when they picked it up - I said they should have checked it as part of a major service otherwise what was the point of paying £100 more (I don’t have high mileage so didn’t need it for that reason). Will never use them again for MOT or service - Halfords do a better job for half the price and now use genuine ford parts too.
