DISHONEST - AVOID AT ALL COSTS, After leaving an honest review of my poor experience with Allcott I was intimidated with dishonest negative reviews being left at my workplace, negatively impacting me. This just shows what a dishonest and untrustworthy company this is and that they should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!

My original review is below...

I has been 3 years since I instructed Allcott to do a full building survey on the property we subsequently bought, and the quality of the survey has left a lot to be desired. A lot of detail was unnecessary, but issues that should have been picked up and highlighted to us were missed that have since caused stress and expense that could have been raised with the seller had they been highlighted.
Can I recommend, definitely not...

Highly recommended service

My husband and I were extremely pleased with this company, we required a comprehensive survey at short notice and received a top class report and service. The staff in the office were clearly knowledgeable and very helpful and the Building Surveyor that attended our property was very professional and smart, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of detail in our report which turned out to help us greatly with the overall purchase price of our property. We would not hesitate in recommending Allcott Associates.

“Comprehensive service”

Delighted with the comprehensive service Allcott Asscociates provided when I needed a, short notice, survey completed.

From initial contact right through to the final report the service was speedy and efficient. Not to mention the cost which was very, very competitive.

I've already recommended them to two associates and I am aware that one of them has already used Allcott Associates.
