All Time Removals

I have nothing but praise for Nick and his cheerful team who were polite, professional and had a great 'can do' attitude to any task they faced. I received my very detailed quote on the same day Nick surveyed my property. He gave me a very helpful list of things to remember to do before moving and made what could have been a very stressful time so much more relaxed. I opted to have the house contents packed by Alltime Removals and cannot fault the care they took with every item.
Hopefully I won't be moving again for a while, but would not hesitate to recommend then to anyone.

Thank you to the Alltime Removals, I have used a few different removals companies over the years and this is by far the best and most professional. From our first contact with the office through to our after move service when they collected all the pack materials we did not want saving us multiple trips to the tidy tip.
On day one they packed up the contents of our house making sure all the boxes were labelled with the room name and contents in the box making it very easy to locate items we needed quickly. They wrapped all the furniture with their covers.
We couldn't believe how efficient and quick they loaded all our belongings on their vehicle the next day, they were waiting outside our new property by 11 am. However we did not get access till 1pm but they were not bothered by this they said they were used to waiting and it was part of the job.
Unloading very quickly with nothing getting damaged.

Budget service, they were eager to get the job done as quickly as possible resulting in some damaged items. We were told later it was our fault for not packing our own perishable items - something that should have been highlighted at the time. The van driver also tore off one off the outdoor lights whilst exiting our new property, the company have not taken responsibility and threatened to bill us for extra charges instead. Wouldn't recommend, the owner doesn't understand good customer service and is arrogant.

Hard working, organised, polite & cheerful, they did a really good job & I am confident in recommending their services.
