They are flush with council money . Don’t care about ordinary customers

I booked a cab for a medical appointment scheduled for yesterday, 27/03/2024, at 03:30 PM.
Despite booking well in advance, I received no communication. At 03:30 PM, the designated pickup time, there was no sign of the cab. Upon calling I was informed that the cab was supposedly 10 minutes away. I waited patiently. However, subsequent calls gave conflicting information, with one - the cab was just 2 minutes away and the other said it was already in front of my house. cab did not arrive until 15:55.
Asked driver about the delay, his response was simply "I DON'T KNOW." When I called the company, I was met with rudeness from the staff, who callously suggested I cancel if I was unhappy with their service.
My disappointment did not end there. Despite booking a return cab for 17:10, I found myself stranded once again. Upon calling, I was informed that my cab had been canceled by the same rude staff member.
I urge others to reconsider using All Night Cabs.

Please Don't use these service if you value your time,Money and self-esteem.

Tried their services for a doctors appointment. I pre booked a taxi a week before for 3:30 today and at 4:45 return.
have to mention there is no calls, no text messages or any notification on my booking confirmation after 45 minutes and 5 different calls to the office a driver arrived by 4:15.
I Tried calling my doctor and he said he can't do a full therapy and will have to cut the time down. appointment.

After my appointment waited for 30 minutes for my return ride. When i treid contacting the Office team they started shouting at me for calling them and reporting this. Canceled my return ride back home.

same thing!! no notification about the cancellation.
No details about the refund. As this is already payed.

Absolutely disgusting service. Car was booked 24 hours before it was due and was not dispatched on time, so I had to call the office to request it was sent. When it finally arrived 20 minutes late, the driver was rude and unprofessional. Raised the issues with the office later on and they were just as rude. Could not have cared less. With the likes of Uber dominating the market, I am glad I don't own this business. It used to be a good local alternative that I liked to give a chance, but not any more. Excellent Uber all the way from now on, will never use All Night again.

Just wondering is it difficult to pay with credit card instead of cash( you do state different cards that can be used) ,because most times I order a taxi I would be told that cash is required ( the drivers would state they do not have a card reader and cash is required. Very disappointed 😞 😔 😕
