Paul was great, he was able to come out just one day after we called. He was happy to provide an accurate quote up front which was a very reasonable price for a lock replacement. When he arrived and checked what was needed he was even able to save us a bit of money in parts by keeping our old cylinder. Throughout the process of quoting and the job, Paul was very pleasant and easy to get on with. I couldn’t recommend alllocksni more.

Very professional service! I would definitely recommend and will use their services again. I called after midnight, he was on another job at the time, but advised that he would be here in an hour. He kept me informed about his ETA and in fact arrived earlier than the agreed time (within less than hour). Knew what the issue was and replaced the full locking system on door in no time. Brilliant workman, kept to agreed time, great price and brilliant customer service. Thank you very much!
