Poor quality of work and customer service

My experience is that the customer service from this company is poor and that they do not go the extra mile or exceed customers expectations in customer service. I spent £250 pounds in July last year having my mower repaired and serviced and used it for three months before putting away for the winter. I had a new carburetor fitted and this year my mower is leaking petrol the same problem I had when I took it to ACM. It is less than a year since it was fixed but after lots of phone messages, text, and email Bill finally got back to me but would not look at the mower to rectify the problem without charging another £78. There should be some type of guarantee on a new carburetor and even a service should last for at least a year. I am not happy with the service I received and the quality of the work carried out.

I called this Company on two occasions (out of season) and both times the response was to say, send a picture and we will get back to you. They never did. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
