Many thanks you to Frank and his team for clearing my late mother's house in Solihull.

The house was left clean and tidy for its new owners. He was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Would definitely recommend Frank to clear anything, he answers his phone, he turns up when he says, he’s extremely helpful and so are they guys who work for AllClear, very friendly and brilliant service! We were really pleased with the experience from start to finish. Frank came straight out to quote for us for our garage/shed clearance, plus some items in the house. He came across very professional and immediately put us at ease. The team came on the day and time that was agreed and worked really hard, even taking a couple of extra things. They left the property lovely and tidy. Very reliable, professional team, would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you Rob and Shaz

Needed to downsize and move a fairly short notice. Frank came out and gave a quote for moving and clearing what I was unable to take. Arrived on time, delivered everything I was taking and quickly cleared everything I couldn't take. Frank is friendly, does exactly what he says he'll do and makes the whole process seem easy. Very competitive prices Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Surveyed starightaway and turned up at the agreed time on the day. Whereupon the team, without asking, helped us load our last remaining items into our hired van. Would definitely use again.

After accepting their estimate for emptying a property, they arrived on time and emptied the house even more quickly than expected. This work also included dis-connecting an electric cooker and removal of a stairlift. Should the need arise, I would definately employ these chaps again.

Frank was reliable and very cost effective and made a very difficult job feel effortless and Painless. In particular, I liked his approach to disposing of the furniture; he would try to sell whatever he could and deduct the monies of the final balance of the invoice or take it to charity shops wherever possible. Either way, this ensured that someone else could benefit and it wasn't just disposed of at the tip! I would definitely recommend Frank and his Team!
