Nice guy but fitted a toilet cistern that was leaking within just over a year. Unwilling to guarantee his workmanshipor materials or help in any way. Very disappointing.

Richard responded promptly to sort out a problem in the bathroom and at the same time spotted and fixed a more serious issue which could have lead to flooding if not attended to. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I have now used this company twice. On both ocassions Richards sorted out the issues professionally. A very personable guy and clearly knows his stuff. Even gave me a few tips over the phone to see if I could fix the problem myself to save a few £'s. Both times he arrived when he said he would be here. I am recommending him to our neighbours (and I don't do that lightly). Thanks Richard.
